You may return any note for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund in the method in which payment was made. All notes must be returned in the same way they were received. If they are in a graded holder, removing them from the holder will void the opportunity to return the item.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world but buyers outside the United States will be personally responsible for any customs or duties taxes associated with the shipment. All notes purchased within the United States will ship via USPS the next business day, and will be fully insured against loss or damage. A tracking number will also be uploaded for your order as soon as the item ships. Items ship from New Jersey and typically arrive at their destination in the United States within 3 business days.
