Up for auction is a Pleasant Variety Race Worn Stakes Saddle Cloth! This cloth shows good usage with plenty remnants of a race 30+ years ago! We are not sure what race this cloth was used in, but it is safe to say it is from a stakes race. This cloth is from the earliest days of stakes cloths bearing the names of the horses. Pleasant Variety was one of the most popular horses in the late 1980's and early 90's and went on to win over $1,000,000 in 58 starts and ran in several Grade 1 races along with countless other stakes races.
