Up for auction is a 1779 Five Hundred Pounds Connecticut Colonial State Draft. This note is dated September 5, 1779.  This note has been hand signed by John Lawrence who was the state treasurer of Connecticut and a major player in the Revolutionary War. This is a large piece of parchment.  This bill is a must have for any collector of Colonial Currency!
