1794 Cumberland County Pennsylvania Colonial Land Grant!

Up for auction is a 1794 Cumberland County Pennsylvania Colonial Land Grant. The note is dated February 24, 1794. This grant was hand signed by the first Governor of Pennsylvania, Thomas Mifflin. The grant was for 400 acres of land in Cumberland County, PA. This is a large piece of parchment that is roughly as wide as a piece of standard copy paper and bout 4 inches longer. This is a gorgeous Land Grant from the earliest days of this country. This grant is a must have for any collector of Colonial Currency!
