Up for auction is Payne Stewart's 1999 Legg Mason Funds Tournament Worn Jacket. This jacket was worn by Stewart during the 1999 PGA Season. During the 1999 Season Payne Stewart picked up Legg Mason Funds as his full time sponsor. His outfits were embroidered with his silhouette and his name. Payne Stewart wore this exact style jacket during the practice and early rounds of the 1999 Open Championship which he famously won. I can not conclusively tell if this was the jacket he wore during that event. This jacket does show fantastic usage with great wear and a couple stains throughout. It was definitely worn in multiple rounds judging by the usage. This jacket will come with a full LOA from Payne's wife Tracey Stewart.
